Customers in Their Own Words

I had a positive experience with RTP Roofing and appreciated their responsiveness. The shed was initially missed during the roofing project, but once I brought it to their attention, they sent a crew out very quickly to take care of it. An oversight can happen, but how a company handles it makes a big difference. They listened to my concern and followed through promptly to make things right. I appreciated that level of accountability and customer service, and based on my experience, I would recommend RTP Roofing.

The project was seamless start to finish. Tim stayed in contact with me throughout the entire project with updates and information, I never felt out of the loop. The finished product spoke for itself, great work, excellent communication and it was done in no time

Questions

What People Ask Before They Call

How Do I Know if I Need a Roof Repair or a Full Replacement?

It usually comes down to four things: age (most roofs last 20-30 years depending on materials and installation), curling or missing shingles, active leaks or water stains on a ceiling or wall, and heavy granule loss in your gutters. One or two of these can often be repaired. Several at once, or a roof near the end of its life, usually means replacement makes more sense. We'll tell you which after we're actually up there, not from the driveway.

Do You Offer a Warranty on New Roofs?

As a GAF Master Elite® contractor, we can offer GAF's Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty — up to 50 years of non-prorated coverage on qualifying installations. Coverage and eligibility vary by product and installation, and we'll walk you through exactly what applies to your roof before you sign anything.

Are You a Licensed Roofing Contractor in Rhode Island?

Yes. RTP Roofing is RI-registered under GC-47694.

What Towns Do You Serve?

We're based in Warwick and work throughout Rhode Island, most often in Warwick, Cranston, Providence, Coventry, and West Warwick. Call (401) 593-1512 to ask about your specific address.

Can I Get a Free Estimate?

Yes. Every job starts with a free inspection and assessment so we know exactly what your roof needs before we quote it. Request one on our estimate page or call (401) 593-1512.

Do I Need to Be Home for My Roof Inspection?

Not always. Depending on what you're asking about, our roofing expert can often get a good read on the work from the outside and send your quote by email. For anything involving the attic or interior leak tracing, we'll want to walk it with you.
